Dr.M.Emre Çamlıbel

Chairman of the Board of Directors

He started his career as a civil engineer at STFA in 1992. He then worked as a project engineer and manager at Kennedy & Rossi Inc. and Walsh Brothers Inc. in the USA. He first worked for Soyak in 1998 as Assistant General Manager at Soyak Construction. He then continued as Project Development Coordinator at Soyak Holding. Between 2001 and 2008, he worked as General Manager and Board Member at Soyak Yapı. In 2008, he became the CEO of Soyak Holding.

Çamlıbel, who has internationally published studies on energy, real estate and sustainability, is also active in the academic field. He is a guest lecturer at MIT and Columbia University and continues his academic studies as an Associate Professor at Vilnius Business College in Lithuania.

He sits on the boards of companies in which RePie Portföy has invested, such as Turknet, ARF Bio and GTC Solar. He is also a Board Member of the Affordable Housing Institute in the USA.

Dr. Çamlıbel graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering. He completed his master's degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the USA. He completed his PhD on energy efficiency and conservation, energy systems, sustainability and carbon practices at Boğaziçi University.

Mehmet Ali Ergin

Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

Throughout his career, he has worked as an entrepreneur and investor in Germany, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey in various sectors, particularly in technology. He specialized in investment model development and econometrics.

Ergin is the Chairman of Link Bilgisayar, in which RePie Yatırım Holding has invested, and serves on the boards of directors of startup companies such as EasyCep, Modanisa and GTC Solar.

Ergin graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration. He completed his master's degree in real estate development at Istanbul Technical University.

Caner Bingöl

Board Member

In the early years of his career, he was involved in construction and real estate development projects; he also advised public institutions on investment projects. 

Bingöl, who has experience in mergers and acquisitions, serves as a board member in companies such as Turknet, Arf Bio and Modanisa in which RePie Portföy has invested.

He graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a dual degrees in Architecture and Urban-Regional Planning. He holds a Capital Market Activities Level 3 License. Playing an active role in the sports community, Bingöl served as a Board Member at Beşiktaş Jimnastik Club.

Salih Tuncer Mutlucan

Board Member

He started his career in the banking sector in 1992. He worked in senior positions such as Garanti Bankası Luxembourg Branch Manager and Akbank NV Netherlands General Manager. He worked as the General Manager of Ak Finansal Kiralama. He was among the founding board members of the Association of Financial Institutions.

He served as a board member in various companies such as Çalık Holding, Güven Sağlık Grubu, Active Shipping and Umur Basım Grubu. Mr. Mutlucan is a Board Member and CEO of Doğanlar Holding and also serves as a Board Member at Doğanlar Mobilya Grubu, Biotrend Enerji and as an Independent Board Member at Astor Enerji.

After graduating from Galatasaray Lisesi, he graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering. He received his master’s degree in construction management from Istanbul Technical University. He is also a member of the Chamber of Civil Engineers and Istanbul Rotary Club.

Onur Yücekal

CEO

He started his career at Bank Ekspres in 1997. In 2001, he joined GE Energy in the USA as a Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst. Between 2003 and 2006, he worked as a Senior Audit and Consulting Manager at GE. He then served as CFO and Board Member at GE Money Türkiye, Romania and Poland.

Following his role as CFO of GE Turkey in 2014, he became CFO of Çalık Holding in 2018. Between 2019 and 2024, he served as CEO and Board Member at Çalık Enerji, leading the company's growth and expansion strategies.

Türker Tekten

CIO

He started his professional career as an Assistant Inspector at Türkiye İş Bankası. He then held various positions at JP Morgan Chase Türkiye, including Executive Vice President in charge of Financial Affairs and Vice President of Structured Products Turkey Desk.  Subsequently, he worked at Morgan Stanley, Standard Bank and WAM Portfolio Management, where he served as Senior Manager in charge of Financial Affairs and Operations.

Between 2007 and 2021, he served as the Senior Partner Manager in charge of Financial Affairs at Actera Group, one of Turkey's leading private equity firms. During this period, he served as a Board Member and Audit Committee Member at Actera Group companies.

He holds two bachelor's degrees, one in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and one in Philosophy from Istanbul University. He holds Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License and Derivatives License.

Aslı Öztürk

She started her career at Habertürk newspaper, where she worked as a special news reporter, editor and columnist. She then worked at İz İletişim, one of Turkey's leading communications agencies, for eight years, providing strategic communications consultancy to leading brands operating both globally and in Turkey.

In 2022, she became the General Manager of İz İletişim. In this role, she led the creation, implementation and management of companies' reputation management, marketing and corporate communication strategies. In January 2024, she joined RePie Portföy as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications.

She completed her bachelor’s degree in media and communication systems at Istanbul Bilgi University. She also studied marketing and communication at the European University of Madrid.
